Microsoft Windows has no built in programs for copying drive images to drives. You will need to use an images program.
The best program we have found for the is alex's USB Image Tool
You will also need to decompress the image. The best tool for this is 7-zip
1. Decompress the image using 7-zip 2. Run alex's USB Image Tool (as administrator) and copy the image to a CF card of the type that fits into your ARM unit.
NoteUnderlined Text: Use the fattest CF card you have. It will make Linux boot faster and run faster.
