===== Get a command prompt on your VortexBox from Windows using putty =====

You can get to the command console on your VortexBox from a Windows computer on your network.

First download from this link. You can copy it to your desktop if you want to easily access it again.

Start putty and type in the IP address of your VortexBox.

once you enter the user name an password you will have command line access to your VortexBox.
