If you are trying to fix a problem with your VortexBox and you have exhausted all troubleshooting and fixes using hte web GUI you can try using the command line.

VortexBox runs on Linux and you can use a a standard BASH prompt to do almost anything with it. The command line is very powerful but also dangerous. Make sure to backup your data first before using the command line.
